"This car wash is amazing! For $20 you get a wash and they wipe down the interior of the car, wash your floor mats and a quick vacuum. Yea the vacuum is quick it's not perfect but it's so affordable! If you want a full detail you have to pay for that. The value of this wash is amazing in my opinion!! Bring some cash to tip these employees work HARD"

"I've become a regular here since moving to south Minneapolis. I like it because it is on the way home for me. A few of the staff I see on a regular basis which is nice. The only thing I need to say is the new automated tire shine rollers installed earlier this year are not good. I called to let them know they need to adjust them and still nothing has been done or so it seems. I've changed my monthly package to one without tire shine. It's a real pain driving 10 minutes home and it looks like I went through I bunch of mud due to all the tire shine being flung on the side of my car. I realize I am going to get this to a certain degree with it not being dry but when I use to go to the Apple Valley location all the time I didn't have this issue. I am hoping someone from management sees this and takes the time to figure out and adjust the tire shine rollers at this location. It's applying way too much. Specifically to the drivers side. See the photos for comparison of my drivers side to my passenger side after arriving home. Other than that staff here is always friendly/ nice and have no complaints."

"While passing a construction zone in Montana on a cross-country road trip, our 2017 BMW was covered in a fine spray of asphalt emulsion tar emitted from a construction vehicle laying sealant on a new road. Knowing we had a 24 hour planned stop in Minneapolis to see friends before carrying on with our trip, I quickly contacted Derek at DTailed and he was more than happy to have a look at our vehicle late in the day when we first got into town. After scoping the work, he graciously accommodated our one day turnaround request to remove the tar and polish the exterior. Bottom line, we couldn't be happier with his work. He restored the car to a better condition than when we bought it a year ago. In addition, he was willing to stay extra late to make sure the work was done, exceeding our standards and ensuring we were able to carry on with our roadtrip with no delays. "Ceramic Pro Minneapolis is one of the best, if not the best detailing and ceramic coating shops around. They did a 1 step correction, gold ceramic pro package with clear bra on the quarter panels on my BWM M4. The car looks amazing. Elliott was really easy to work with and repeatedly went out of his way to make sure the drop-off/pick-up of the vehicle was easy for me. I've already scheduled to bring in my second car to them. "This is the second time I've been to Crystal collision center, and they have not disappointed me in terms of bodywork. If you're wondering why they only have 4.2 stars, most of the negative reviews are due to the car wash, which is not important in my opinion. The real review comes with the bodywork and I rate this five stars. Great job on the Passport! I'll be back if I ever need service again."
