Full service isn't actually full service. It was fast but I paid a lot of money. They don't wipe things down- just vacuum. And they didn't even try to vacuum the 3rd row, even if you pay extra for the 3rd row mats to be cleaned (which they didn't put back). I know I didn't get it detailed and dog hair is tough. So is a third row. I was not expecting it to be spotless, but I paid way too much money to have to spend another 45 minutes at home actually cleaning the car.
