I could always trust the team here that they would do a reliable job. Plus, they put this plastic near your inspection stickers so it doesn't damage your tint work. "I personally had a great experience, I payed around $50 for the car wash but my car was spotless and smelled like new after it was washed. They worked on my car about 30 minutes and took out everything from inside even my shopping bag as and cleaned the trunk. I'm happy with them. Definitely better where I used to go to before. I also had a female discount cause it was on a Tuesday, so that was a pleasant surprise:)"

I got it serviced back in November for 35% side and back windows, ceramic coating, and paint correction and still looks good in February! At first I was scared of the small bubbles of the tint but they went away after a week or 2! Would definitely return again!"

"I first went to TopGear a year ago to have a wrap removed and a new one put on. I called just a few days before leaving on vacation. Without hesitation and sight unseen Jason said bring it in and I'll have it finished when you return. When it comes to accommodating clients there's no one like him. Less than a year later I was in a crash, after calling my insurance company, I called Jason. He replaced my wrap the same week the bodywork was finished. My point is, he will do everything in his power to accommodate you AND when it comes to pricing, TopGear can't be beat. The work and attention to detail is second to none. I was shopping around to get my 2020 Merc E450 Cabriolet wrapped instead of doing what I usually do when i get that itch, and buy a new car. I came across Bergen County Auto Pros because they are in my neighborhood, and not through social media or other advertising methods. I met with George and he spent quite a lot of time listening to what I wanted and providing me with options. I later visited a few other more established places and heard them out but I was armed with more knowledge thanks to George. Ultimately I came back to George and gave them the job. I can't tell you why I chose Bergen County Auto Pros other than that George came across as very genuine and patient. Even on my second visit, he spent as much time with me as i felt I needed. I was honestly impressed with his customer service and decided I would take the risk despite his business not having much of a social media presence at that time. I believe he had 2 reviews at that time which were both 5 stars but we all know we look for more than that. I was a little skeptical leaving my car there with nothing other than my gut instinct that they would do a good job, but I made the decision and followed through with it. Alas, i got my car back today and I can't express how satisfied I am. The car looks stunning! The wrap was done flawlessly, and the details are impeccable. I walked in on them a few days ago while they were still working on my car and they were literally on their hands and knees cleaning the beehive grill with a Q-tip. To say I am impressed is an understatement. Satisfied does not begin to describe this customer. It is not often that one gets to gloat about making the right decision so this is my opportunity.
