"They came out when they said they would and did a good job. We did the full interior deep clean. Got all the stains out the seat and did the best they could with the carpet. Only issues are that there are some spots on the ceiling and visor from what looks like the dash and plastic spray (Armor All). Unfortunately we didn't see this when we looked it over before he left so we have to figure it out. Updated to 5 stars because they came back out and fixed the issue. The roof and visor look great and will use them again for the next detailing."

"Overall my thoughts are great, got the problem areas I wanted addressed, obviously there were some deeper scratches that were unable to be lifted out being an older car without much prior washing/detailing but provided me with information on how to tackle those areas if I wanted to. I booked an interior and exterior detail with the added paint correction. He worked quick and efficient but didn't cut any corners for what I asked him to do. Won't be able to get a older car looking showroom new but much more than a standard wash and wax. His work on a newer car will keep it looking fresh for months at a time because used a coating to keep water and dirt from adhering to the paint for the next 10-12 months. "I am fortunate to have custom ordered a 2024 BMW 7 Series. I had the car delivered an hour and a half by an enclosed carrier to Custom Tint in Apex from the dealership. The dealership was very careful to follow my instructions and did not wash the car or remove any plastics or foam from the vehicle. They performed a minimal pre-delivery inspection. I wanted the car to be in pristine condition as possible for Aaron and Kelly to work their magic. After all, they had done such an excellent job on my new 2017 Porsche Panamera. Since having my Porsche fully detailed and protected, Custom Tint has added some additional services I wanted to take advantage of. Aaron and Kelly took delivery of my vehicle and I went over to finalize the work they would perform. Reviewing their detailed invoice, I knew exactly what was going to happen over the next two weeks. I was provided additional options up front to make sure I was aware of things they offer. The entire process from start to finish was excellent.
