"Review update: that same day, I called and expressed my disappointment. The manager was extremely kind and asked if I was close enough to return for another wash on the house. Afterwards, we spoke for a second and he explained what he stated below. Great customer service. I meant to update this sooner. He also gave me a certificate for one more free wash in the future. --------------------------------------------- I am shocked. I just went through this carwash and was excited based on the reviews. I tipped the dryers $20. When I parked down the street to get groceries, I saw my car was not close to clean. I don't understand how they let me drive away like this. The wheels and tires are more dirty than they were when I entered the car wash."

"Such a great place to get my car detailed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND . I worked from their office space area while they cleaned my car. When I got home I noticed a bit of a few dry spots of the left over soap and called and the owner James and immediately said he'd fix it and bring it in when I had time. Luckily I was able to come same day and James made it right. Was my fault for not looking before I left. If that's not good business service idk what is as he was willing to fix it just on my word.
