I have a shedding dog and I work in construction so my car was BEAT with scuffs, scratches, etc. But he brought it back from the dead. I will be bringing my girlfriends car in because it has been the baby/dog hauler and she deserves it. Dapper pros also has great communication with helpful and responsive staff and the value for the money was worth it. Trust me, I shopped around."

"I brought two extremely dirty cars into this location and was so impressed with the quality of clean. The person who washed them did an incredible job, spending extra time hand washing the dirt and tree sap off. It was just an extra $3 "extra soil" fee on top of the cost of the wash. He even did a second hand wash round, free of charge. The cars turned out just about as well as spending a ton of money at a professional detail shop, but way cheaper here! This is definitely my new go-to spot to wash my cars."

He said it may take 6-8 hours but it was completed in less than 3. The auto body team's attention to detail was impressive. "Got the outside of my car bad with some brush when I was off-roading. Both sides of my car were COVERED in shallow scratches from bottom to top. I went around town getting different quotes to buff them out and detail the exterior of my car along with touching up a few paint chips on the hood and they were by far the most reasonable price in town and are able to help students afford keeping their car nice. They charge by the hour, had my car from 8:30am to 4:30pm and charged at least $100 bellow every other price I was given and did a better job then what the other shops would have, even did the rock chip repair for no charge! The company is family owned and all of their employees are very nice and accommodating. I will be recommending everyone I know to go there when they need their car detailed. Great experience!"

"The owner is honest, reliable, good natured and trustworthy! Although I didn't get the car I wanted, it was not his fault nor mine! The car broke down on the way home. I took it back, a contracted mechanic put in a new thermostat. I left and the car overheated again and the check engine light came on & the dealer came to me with a mechanic and took the vehicle and put in a new sensor and another thermostat, he test drove it and it overheated so he let me know he was putting in a water pump the next day and if that didn't work and it still overheated he would refund me my $6100.00. Well it didn't work out and throughout the process the owner remained biblically correct and with grace gave me back my cash and let me meet someone else to buy a car right there in his lot. He's honest and trustworthy. Maybe the people giving 1 star who say he's unprofessional are people who don't know God and don't know how to communicate and are unprofessional. Honestly I'm giving a 5 star review because I signed as is sale and he went above and beyond with grace and humility to ensure a proper sale! "These guys are top notch - the best of the best. Alpha fixed a leak in my sunroof a year ago - removing the carpets and much of the interior, thoroughly drying it, testing it for mold and clearing all the drains. His work was meticulous and he communicated throughout. 6 months later, (not as a result of his work), a piece of my interior trim was coming off and I reached out to him for advice in reattaching it. When I came by unannounced, Alpha stopped what he was doing and spent over 30 minutes of his time reattaching the trim at no cost. I recently purchased a ceramic coat and again, the service was top notch. Not only was the job absolutely flawless, he fixed my bent license plate and did a light detail on the interior as a 'thank you' for my service. Alpha and his team are artful, detailed, knowledgeable and thorough in their craft. But they are not just dedicated to excellence in their work, they are genuinely committed to outstanding customer service. Bravo!"
