"Jordan was polite, professional, and punctual, even arriving a few minutes before his provided ETA during both the complimentary pick-up (9:00 am) and drop-off (3:20 pm, same day) of my Ford Fusion. I requested both an interior and exterior detail clean and he delivered beautifully on both. There's not a trace of the mess of hair and dust that was coating the black cloth interior, and the black paint exterior was left sparkling. He was honest and upfront about everything and I felt confident he would get my car to where I wanted it. Last year I drove over wet white street paint and had white paint all over the bottom on my car and up the sides. Paul assured me he would do what he could to get it off and wow!! did he deliver.
