"I heard about these guys from some friends and I brought my car in for a detailed interior clean and exterior hand wash. When they were finished I noticed they missed a few little spots. I talked to one of the employees about it and they were very kind and understanding. They offered to fix it for free, put a nice spray wax on as well, and even drop off my car at my house. 10/10 on the cleaning of the car itself and 10/10 customer service. I'll definitely be coming here from now on."

This is really helpful and accessible especially for neurodivergent folks like myself who may want more time to read and decide rather than a typical car wash where you need to make an on the spot decision. I was also running a few minutes late, and they were very accommodating. I got the Gold Package, which was reasonably priced and I am very pleased with the results. My car desperately needed a deep clean because I often eat/drink in it and have 2 dogs, one with long white hair, which shows up easily on a black interior. Everything from the cup holders to the floor mats to the seat linings where crumbs hide was virtually spotless! The exterior was shiny and beautiful. It's comforting to know that I have a great place to get my car cleaned while supporting a local small business. It's clear that they take pride in their work and also care about sustainability, which means a lot to me. I definitely recommend No H20. I am very happy with the service, and I look forward to my next detailing!"
