"Our new to us 8 passenger conversion van had suffered damage after a metal serving tray met our path on an interstate at 75mph. We knew the back bumper had split but weren't aware of the other damage found. Automan is extremely thorough throughout the entire process. Our van also has a pearl coat top spray that had to be color matched by hand multiple times as they ensured it matched perfectly! Front, back bumper were replaced and side step panel replaced. Back bumper has cameras, front bumper has flood lights. All installed and work properly. Other estimates with different companies wouldn't even replace with the proper replacements with above accessories. "Before hiring them, my car was a mess: food everywhere, puddles of grease in cupholders (my sister isn't allowed to eat in my car now), animal hair, copious amounts of dirt and grime, etc. I couldn't get it clean at car washes and when I got pregnant I couldn't even attempt that. I wanted my car to be completely clean before my daughter is born so I decided to get my car detailed. After calling a few places I decided that this place was top of the list. My husband and I went by the shop and the man we spoke to was so nice and helpful, and very patient when answering questions. I was able to schedule a drop-off for the showroom Condition Package ($125, before tax), and they were professional. I honestly had a bit of doubt about it after seeing some of the reviews, but after picking up my car 6 hours after dropping it off, I was amazed! It looked like a brand new vehicle (interior and exterior) and didn't have any sort of chemical/cleaner smell. There was a speck of shampoo on the seat but I just wiped it off, no problem. I've recommended them to my mom and friends and if I ever needed to get my car detailed again I would go to Tri-city Auto Detailers first! I highly recommend them above all others in the area."
