"I typically go elsewhere for an oil change, but this time I needed the works; oil change, car detail, tire rotation and new windshield wipers. I was kid-free for the day to get this stuff done. If I had known they had a little outdoor play set for kiddos to play, I would have brought her. They advertised and delivered. Absolute excellent care, it really is a one-stop shop. Do keep in mind only certain services are available on the weekend, there is reasoning for that. I ended up getting an oil change + car detail and my car looks fantastic! For the price, I couldn't believe the quality! I even got 10% off since I did a full detail + oil change together. I was able to work on my laptop while I waited, it was a beautiful day to be outside. Thank you for taking the weight off my shoulders as a busy mom!!"

My car got severely damaged by the hailstorm in Austin last October and Extreme Hail and Dent have worked tirelessly with my insurance and me to get it fixed! Michelle was always quick to get back to me when I had a question and sent me weekly updates to let me know what was being worked on. When timelines were extended Shawn and Michelle went above and beyond to ensure that I wasn't left stranded. When all was said and done, my car looks completely different! I was so excited to get it back in the condition that I did. Not only were all the dents gone and my paint brand new, but Shawn had gone above and beyond by restoring my headlights and detailing the interior. "Over the course of my cars life I have had a Great Pyrenees, a boxer, a German Shepard, multiple cats, and innumerable meals, most of which were greasy, inside, and all over it. I picked up my vehicle a few days ago and I absolutely seen the best work that I ever seen in my life from a collision center. "I called and spoke to Gabriel he was very helpful informing me they offered pcs details for vehicles explained to me what it included and gave me a time frame for when my truck would be done if I brought it in even without an appointment, I arrived and he explained what they would be doing to my truck and made sure to give me a chance to point out anything I felt they should focus on. The detail did take a half hour longer then expected but he and his team made sure to communicate with me and once they were done my truck looked and smelled like it never has, they out did themselves!!"
