"I washed a large vehicle here and while I did swipe my card twice, I did not use the Maximum amount of time to wash the vehicle. Unfortunately, the machine charged my card the max for both swipes. Rather than just post a negative review, I googled the car wash and called the number on listed and left a message describing my complaint. About 2.5 hrs later a person texted me, had looked up my transaction and agreed that I might have been overcharged and offered a reasonable solution. Fantastic! Machines and human beings make mistakes. It's not the sign of a bad business, it's how the business handles the situation that is important and Dripping Wet Car wash gets 5 stars for doing the right thing. "I needed my dad's truck cleaned up to sell it and was introduced to Ethan who helped my friend sell her car after detailing it. Ethan provided details on when he'd show up to prepare for the job and also half an hour before he was to arrive. He's very professional and friendly with explaining what he's going to be doing and what he did afterwards. I was very impressed! He only needed an outlet and faucet. Easy. My dad's truck shined like new! The interior is so clean and he cleaned out the dog hair trapped in the carpet and seats. I'll be telling everyone about him and his work. His prices are also perfect.
