"This was my first time getting a car detailed. I have never really pictured myself taking a car to a detailer, but life happens and cars get dirty to the point of needing professional help. I'm so glad I found these guys. They communicated well and it was quick and easy to book online. I appreciated that they have a physical location that you can go to since I wasn't looking for someone to come to my home. Their building is easy to find and centrally located with easy freeway access. Their waiting area is clean and they text you approximately 30 minutes before pickup if you run out while they're working on it. My car looks even better inside than when I bought it from the dealer. I had a large amount of pet hair and debris from hiking and they obviously know what they're doing. The whole team was professional and communicated well. I'd consider their services worth every penny and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking!"

"I had been encouraged to contact Straight Line Detailing for work on my vintage cars, and Brandon and Casey fully lived up to their great reputation! The 58-year old paint on my 1965 Buick Wildcat was tired, with lots of chips, scratches, cracking, and crazing. "I took my new truck through a car wash and it came out with scratches. When I bought the truck I paid extra to get this protective layer at the dealership that was sold to me that it would help deter scratches, dings, and paint chips but it has done nothing of the sort and I regret wasting the money on this. I went to this shop to get an assessment of how to fix the scratches and was offered various options on how to address it. I chose having Icon put on it since it comes with a 15 year warranty and out of all the options seemed to be the best. I was nervous in making this commitment because it is expensive and the Reddit comments on this product were pretty negative but one key comment I heard was it matters on how this product is put on and the prep work that goes into it. When I met with Mike and another one of his team members for the assessment I had a strong feeling that there was a high level of integrity in their work. This is a family owned business so I do think the quality of their work matters to them. After having the Icon put on my truck it is so shiny and I'm very pleased with the results. They even addressed the paint chips. I'm glad I made this investment and thankful this shop is here in our community "
