"This was my first time getting a car detailed. I have never really pictured myself taking a car to a detailer, but life happens and cars get dirty to the point of needing professional help. I'm so glad I found these guys. They communicated well and it was quick and easy to book online. I appreciated that they have a physical location that you can go to since I wasn't looking for someone to come to my home. Their building is easy to find and centrally located with easy freeway access. Their waiting area is clean and they text you approximately 30 minutes before pickup if you run out while they're working on it. My car looks even better inside than when I bought it from the dealer. I had a large amount of pet hair and debris from hiking and they obviously know what they're doing. The whole team was professional and communicated well. I'd consider their services worth every penny and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking!"

"EDIT: As I stated in my previous post, I just used his service again to wrap my 2nd car. This time, I went with a clear PPF and had Anthony also tint my windows. He made sure that all the tint shade were same and the ceramic tinting will definitely cut down on the heat in my car. I also had a clear film put on my windshield to protect against road debris and potential chips and cracks. I am very satisfied with the professional work he and his crew have done. Don't trust your PPF wrap to just anyone. Thank you, Anthony and OC Detail crew. Anthony with OCDetail has been very professional and wonderful to deal with on my vehicle PPF wrap. "I took my new truck through a car wash and it came out with scratches. When I bought the truck I paid extra to get this protective layer at the dealership that was sold to me that it would help deter scratches, dings, and paint chips but it has done nothing of the sort and I regret wasting the money on this. I went to this shop to get an assessment of how to fix the scratches and was offered various options on how to address it. I chose having Icon put on it since it comes with a 15 year warranty and out of all the options seemed to be the best. I was nervous in making this commitment because it is expensive and the Reddit comments on this product were pretty negative but one key comment I heard was it matters on how this product is put on and the prep work that goes into it. When I met with Mike and another one of his team members for the assessment I had a strong feeling that there was a high level of integrity in their work. This is a family owned business so I do think the quality of their work matters to them. After having the Icon put on my truck it is so shiny and I'm very pleased with the results. They even addressed the paint chips. I'm glad I made this investment and thankful this shop is here in our community "

"5/5, highly recommend, this will be my go-to shop!! I brought my 07 Honda Civic to this shop because I had a leaky sunroof and windshield. The owner, Mark, and front office person, Bethany, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. They kept me very well informed of the procedures they were doing, let me know what the "must do" vs "can do later" fixes were, and were very clear about costs of things. Also, there was absolutely NONE of that cliche "you're a woman in an auto shop, so I'll talk down to you or make you feel less than" stuff. (That may seem like a small thing, but women will tell you it's a big deal.) I picked up my car yesterday, and I am absolutely thrilled with the work. They even found a couple of things the previous owner had left behind under the seats that I had missed (purchased about 16 months ago)! I plan to take my car back when their seasonal detail shop is open, and my partner will be bringing their car in for some tune-up work. Mark & Co have a "our customers are honest, hardworking folks, so we're gonna do right by them" mentality, and it clearly shows in how they talk with folks and the work they do."

"I came in for a full car detail. Fred did a walk around to have a look at the car and explain what he could do. I didn't know he also repaired windshields but he noticed a small crack that had been there for several years. I was doubtful it could be repaired. The car has spent its first six years parked outside and, although I cared for it and washed it frequently, the engine bay had never been cleaned and there were also scratches around the door handles as well as some dirt in areas I had never paid much attention to around the doors and hatchback. Fred did an amazing job with the entire car and it was done sooner than I had expected. The car was cleaner than it had been since delivery. The scratches had disappeared, the engine bay was beautiful, the interior was immaculate, even the small crack in the windshield had been repaired. I originally brought the car in to prepare it for sale, but he made it look so good I decided to keep it. Worth every penny."
