"I had my car detailed, and I'm really happy with the results! It wasn't in perfect shape when I brought it in, but he put in serious effort and made a huge difference. The biggest win? The dog pee smell is gone! He also managed to get out the water stains from my (failed) attempt at steam cleaning--something I didn't think was fixable. His attention to detail really stood out. He cleaned everything--buttons, vents, crevices--I could tell because I had to readjust all my settings afterward! Well 2 years of Audi brushing me off I got some extra cash and decided to call up these guys. They did both my suv and my brothers truck. They gave me a very fair price with a multi vehicle discount. "A short story as to why I would highly recommend Josh to complete your next detailing project. To start with I believe most companies in Spokane would have sent me walking once they say my project, too much time, not enough money. Josh showed me the value of his company by taking on the project. I had an engine cover from by 25-year-old Mercury Outboard, that was way beyond shinney. On my way to the paint and body shop I drove by Schmidt's; I had used them before on my van and thought what the hey. I stopped, Josh looked at a couple of pics and said if I left it, he would fix it up. When I dropped it off the next day, Ronnie grabbed it and started to work on it, explaining all the time what he was doing and why. after about 10 minutes it was determined more work was needed. I picked it up a few days later and couldn't believe how great it looked, all for the price quoted me for a simple buff. Ronnie was bound and determined to make that engine cover look like new, and with great expertise and skill he succeeded. I thank all of them for helping me with my project, I expect to see them again soon with my next project and suggest all who read this do the same."
