"ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I will be recommending to everyone. As well as doing this again when needed. first time getting detailed and had no idea what to expect. My car looks brand new. I have kids and it shows in my car, I also had a dr pepper explode in my front seat and stained my passenger seat and I was so upset. (the whole reason for looking into detailing) When Kevin and Kyle were done you wouldn't even be able to tell anything happened or I have kids in there. They take pride in their work and it shows, and on top of all the hard work they were so nice. It was pouring by the time they were done and they were still so sweet. Beyond impressed. Josh took so much care and detail into restoring and correcting the paint on this vehicle. I am so pleased with the outcome. "A few weeks ago I contacted APC Auto Salon in Monroe after reading positive reviews from other customers . I spoke with Colin and asked a few questions regarding Ceramic coating for my 2023 Ram. He was very knowledgeable about the Ceramic Pro products and invited me to the shop so he could look at my truck and we could discuss options. An appointment was made and i returned a few days later. Colin and the entire team were very professional and answered all my questions. The whole process only took a few days. Colin called me throughout the process to update me and keep me posted. When he called and said my truck was ready I was very excited to see the final results, but I have to say I was not prepared, he said it turned out extremely well, he said follow me and we walked through the door to a showroom area with bright lighting and there it was, it was way more shiny and beautiful that I expected, the paint was flawless and smooth as ice. I can't thank the entire crew enough for what they did. I will definitely be back for more professional services. I came here for an opinion on a quote for some exterior work (previous one I got was $2500) for just some minor scratches and they were so helpful and nice and definitely didn't charge me that much. Katie is the best and so sweet and they have the cutest golden retrievers in their office who are so sweet. It's hard to find good places to take your car but not only that it's hard to find honest people and this shop is very honest and I will definitely be coming here for any other work and am so thankful I found them."

"Review Update 1/9/2024 Yesterday, I received a call from Gabriel the manager a few hours after I had left. He was very apologetic and explained that there was a schedule mix up that day and he wanted to make it right. I decided to give them another try and booked another appointment with them for 1/9. I was not disappointed. The crew did a phenomenal job cleaning my vehicle! ------------------------------------ I had booked an appointment with them for today 1/8/24 at 12pm for a detailing service a few days ago. Appointment was confirmed twice the day before via their automated txt. Commute was faster than I had expected and I had arrived about 30 min early. The WashPod was closed when I arrived. I understand it being appointment based and that the crew perhaps have not arrived yet. I waited and when 12pm rolled around. No sign of the wash crew. 12:11pm no crew. 12:15 no crew. I waited till 12:25pm and still no one. I tried calling but the number goes directly to a phone inside the pod service. If no one's onsite, no one's answers. I did not receive any notification (prior or after) about my appointment being delayed or canceled. No one had bothered to contact me regarding the potential delay. I understand things happen and would've appreciated a prior notification about the crew delay or cancellation instead of being left to wait there like an idiot. If a business can't be bothered to notify a customer of a potential delay, they have no respect for your time. You may want to find another detailing service that has more respect for your time."

"Henry's did a great job on my '06 Subaru Outback. The window tinting was pulling off and the car was very moldy from leaking seal in the trunk. Henry's was able to get the tinting and glue off the rear windows and clean the car's interior from bumper to bumper for just over $400. THAT was $$$ well spent. I'll be taking my cars to Henry's for cleaning and detailing from now on."

"Nice work. Understanding owner. I got my BMW X4 M40i ppf wrapped with clear Matte But I wish they took lesser time to complete it. I was under the impression of 3-5 days (as everyone told me) since they got my car in based on their availability. But it actually took 15 days to get it done. I care more about the work since I had a backup car. They also offered me a loaner since it was taking that long. Overall a happy customer "
