"I've been using these guys for years. You get free days of parking if you use them regularly. They come pick you up from your car immediately after parking, so you can ensure you'll get to the airport in a timely manner. The staff are always friendly. The only downside is that sometimes the shuttle takes a while to get to you when waiting for airport pickup but it's only happened a couple of times for me. Well worth using their services."

We also park it outside so it's covered in pollen, leaves, etc plus I have a dog with very wiry hair and rotating friends dogs who ride in the car. John and his crew somehow transformed our dust/grime filled car into an almost new car! I am so impressed. We also got the ceramic coating/claybar treatment for $100 which is well worth it given the diy kit alone is almost that price. The car looks so shiny. Lastly, John and the team are SO nice. "High quality work! These guys came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I brought my brand new Lexus in for tint, film, and ceramic paint coating. Scheduling was easy, they took the time to listen to what I wanted and made recommendations. I ended up tinting my front windows, sun roof, and the windshield - so happy I did, makes a huge difference in heat and UV protection for the vehicle. The ceramic coating was worth it. It's been almost 1.5 years and my paint looks brand new and is still super hydrophobic. I love it. I will be working with Accutint Bellevue again!"

"I check reviews before i go anywhere and even than that doesnt stop me. I like to experience places on my own. I have to admit! Richard will go above and beyond to make things right. It seems as if his hands are tied in upgrading the machines. I know if he could he would. I would always come and wash my vehicles here a few years ago and I'd leave thinking, "brand new car who's this!?" Now it's 2024 and he's still running It AS IS. Machines need an upgrade, HOWEVER, that is out of his control. Richard's customer service never goes unnoticed. Above and beyond top tier. "I went to sonic after a recommendation from the Des Moines community group. They had a six week wait to get in. Unexpectedly, my car was deemed as totaled by the insurance company. My experience with sonic was that they were empathetic and kind when I showed up red faced from crying over the loss of my car. They also handled everything with the insurance company. I didn't have to make any additional calls up until the point it was decided that they weren't going to fix it. One of the big reasons I chose Sonic was because of their reviews from my community and their lifetime guarantee. Had I went ahead with fixing, the insurance company doesn't warranty anything if it were to break. Other companies only did a 30/60/90 day warranty. I'll for sure recommend them and go to them again."

"Great experience! Paid $330 and took 2 hours for just windshield tint. No issues with cutout shape or anything, and communication was great. They warned me my windshield could possibly crack from the heat shrinking process because it had chips so that was good. Shoutout also because they had to remove my parking sticker which was really stuck on, and they even tried to piece it back together on a plastic sheet. PSA: there's a product called sticker shield which I highly recommend and I'm using now. I got 55% for anyone considering. I have 0 visibility concern at night. They only had 30, 55, and 70 (they have darker but I didn't ask because I was doing windshield). The XPEL XR Black product itself has a blue tint which I don't really like but it's fine."

"Service was above and beyond my expectations! I heard good things about Adriano so I decided to trust him. I needed a fluids exchange but I also knew my breaks were not good. He replaced the pads and rotors, exchanged all fluids and also washed my car at a very reasonable price!!! The cherry on top? My ac was flickering here and there and he told me to tap hard on the motor and it's working!! No hiding fees or overcharging, they are fair and I am happy to find a mechanic I can trust."
