John and his crew somehow transformed our dust/grime filled car into an almost new car! I am so impressed. My experience with sonic was that they were empathetic and kind when I showed up red faced from crying over the loss of my car. They also handled everything with the insurance company. I didn't have to make any additional calls up until the point it was decided that they weren't going to fix it. "When I got my Model S a couple years ago, I researched detailing shops in my area and the one that kept rising to the top was Metropolitan Detail in Redmond.
