"I have a monthly membership here and if not for the free microfiber towels, 2 minute distance, and tire dressing, this place may not be worth it. It's outdated and the wash isn't all that great because compared to other locations, I find myself drying a lot more. The air dryers aren't really doing their job. It could be the set up needs some adjusting, but I still do have to spend more time on the outside. The crew is professional and pretty responsive to your requests...which leads me to my next rating deduction. If my membership includes tire dressing, why do I have to pause working on my car to go find someone to request that dressing!? It's a pain, especially when someone is not available. I've left a few times without that tire dressing. It's annoying because I that was a perk that led me to purchase that membership. But overall for me, distance, extras, and a professional and responsive crew makes me keeping the membership worthwhile - for now!"

"What a great detailing supply store! This is a family run store. They have many of the common chemicals like 3D, P&S, Rupes, Meguiars, etc. They also provide training on site so that you can learn how to be an effective and efficient detailer! They also sell spot-free water. Ruben has been in the detailing industry for decades and was eager to help share his knowledge with me. I appreciate the customer service that Ruben and his family/staff provide. Very stand up man and he will make it right if anything is wrong with your purchase!"

"Edwin, the owner of S&J Auto Detailing, and his assistant did a wonderful job on our vehicle. We had it shipped from North Carolina and upon receipt of the vehicle here in CA., many paint scratches were found all along the right passenger side of the body. We put out a bid for it to be repaired and detailed, and Edwin came up with the best offer by far. He even came out in person a few days before and evaluated the damage to ensure his estimate was accurate, and the scratches were repairable. Edwin took multiple photos and videos and further provided a professional offer via PDF (which we also submitted to the insurance company). S&J Auto Detailing is a newer auto detailing company, however, they have a lot of experience and are highly skilled. They know what they are doing, and have all the required power equipment needed to ensure the job is done in a thoroughly professional manner. They use safe and effective chemicals, they are knowledgeable in regard to all areas of vehicle detailing, and they work fast and efficiently. We were extremely happy with the end result. Although, they had few reviews, we are happy we took the chance and chose them for the job. In summary, the price was right, and the work exceeded our expectations. "About two years ago my 2016 Chevy Corvette needed a major paint correction and then I thought I should also look into ceramic coating. I called in and met Lily over the phone and she was absolutely amazing in everything from beginning to end. I wasn't all too certain of what the paint correction would do and what ceramic coating was and she explained it perfectly. From the moment she picked up the phone and walked me through the process and got my corvette finished it was like night and day. My 2016 Chevy corvette looked like it was brand new all over again. Fast forward today I had gotten my corvette damaged in the front and once I got a brand new bumper and had to get two panels re coated Lily advised this was the perfect time to get a clear bra to protect the front of my hood from rock chips and scratches which totally made sense. She's always taken care of me and the team at polished protection are absolutely great. I'm super happy with the results and I'm thinking of getting my 2023 Bronco done. I can't recommend polished protection enough to making my corvette brand new again. I always recommend them to anyone that I talk too and tell them that they have amazing pricing. "Yes, this is a real review from a real person. I have family within an hour drive of NXT Level, but I actually drove from Fresno to have my new AT4 corrected and coated. There really aren't many detailers or shops in Fresno that specialize in coatings or wraps, so I found NXT Level after looking up reviews on Yelp and Google. I came across some of the work that Jace and Tony do and I instantly knew this was the shop to bring my truck. I got hooked up with Ricardo as a consultant and he walked me thru all the services and products that NXL Level offers. I kind of knew what I was interested in, but after getting some education on the different products I decided on a paint correction and CS2-Titanium coating. I also got my windows and wheels coated as well. The pictures I think reflect how good the paint can look, but you can't tell how amazing the paint feels! It's silky and slippery, better than new! I can't wait to wash this truck after the two week cure! The competence is obviously there from the team, but I gotta call out the great service I received as well. I got a call from Jace and said his technician found a rock chip (that I missed) and he actually offered to go to the local GM shop, give my VIN, and pick up a pain pen to fix the chip!! No charge. Talk about a keen eye and also great service! I consider myself an enthusiast at best, and I had a lot of questions about maintaining, product application, etc and between Ricardo, Jace, and Tony; all my questions were answered. I know a lot of the pictures online and work that's done at the shop is on high end super cars, but I don't feel like the team treated my GMC any different or get any less the same service as the million dollar Bugattis, McLarens, and Koenigseggs that come thru NXT Level. Thank you guys for a fantastic job!"

"This place was recommended by a friend and I do not regret it. I had such a great experience the customer service was great. Gilbert and George did an amazing job with my car! I went from white to this beautiful Storm Grey color! At first I was worried since it was my first time getting my car wrapped but Gilbert made sure to provide me with updates of my car and at the end I had a few questions on how to take care of the wrap and Gilbert answered all my questions and concerns I had. He also provided me with a few car products to take home which was much appreciated since I didn't know what to use. I will be coming back. I highly recommend this place!!10/10"
