"A day before leaving the country on Military leave my car had a mishap. I googled the nearest place and thank God it was Car Medic. Dina and the folks here took care of me. Not only did she reassure me but handled all of the insurance part and kept me updated while I was gone, making the process smooth. They diligently repaired my car and even took the time to do a walk around to find small dents to fix I'd never seen. Lastly the detail they did on the inside and outside was remarkable. The interior was brand new looking! On the exterior they paint corrected the black top and got rid of all those swirls. All for less than I had been quoted for in the past. 10/10 recommend and will be back for interior/exterior details in the future. Thank you Dina and Car Medic!"

"I have a monthly membership here and if not for the free microfiber towels, 2 minute distance, and tire dressing, this place may not be worth it. It's outdated and the wash isn't all that great because compared to other locations, I find myself drying a lot more. The air dryers aren't really doing their job. It could be the set up needs some adjusting, but I still do have to spend more time on the outside. The crew is professional and pretty responsive to your requests...which leads me to my next rating deduction. If my membership includes tire dressing, why do I have to pause working on my car to go find someone to request that dressing!? It's a pain, especially when someone is not available. I've left a few times without that tire dressing. It's annoying because I that was a perk that led me to purchase that membership. But overall for me, distance, extras, and a professional and responsive crew makes me keeping the membership worthwhile - for now!"

"Had some cracks repaired in my windshield yesterday they were very thorough about explaining the process and were able to get me taken care of right away. I was very impressed by their professionalism and how smoothly the process went. They have a very nice waiting area and they made me feel right at home too! I will be referring them more business and returning for other services too!! Actually I didn't want to leave since I was able to watch TV and enjoy some beverages they provided too!! Best customer service I have ever received!!"

"This place was recommended by a friend and I do not regret it. I had such a great experience the customer service was great. Gilbert and George did an amazing job with my car! I went from white to this beautiful Storm Grey color! At first I was worried since it was my first time getting my car wrapped but Gilbert made sure to provide me with updates of my car and at the end I had a few questions on how to take care of the wrap and Gilbert answered all my questions and concerns I had. He also provided me with a few car products to take home which was much appreciated since I didn't know what to use. I will be coming back. I highly recommend this place!!10/10"

"Chris came to repair some flawed factory paint on our 2016 Acura MDX. He fixed this by doing excellent paint prep and using a white undercoat, some pearlescent clear, then a few coats of clear coat. After he wet-sanded and polished the paint, it came out lovely. I highly recommend this perfectionist who gave us value for our money, protecting our investment. We've had stains in the seats that were over 5 years old and he was able to get most if not all of the stains out. He was able to get the car super clean and the car smells so much better too. "I had minor damage on a brand new model 3. They did a great job and the repair process was great. They came to the house and didn't even require me being there. Repair was about 7 hours or so and I didn't have to come back once to the home. Came back to a flawless car. No orange peel or mismatched paint and most importantly no overspray.
