"There are at least 3 car washes closer to me yet I continue to go out of my way to go to Beaches Car Wash. I have, in general, been very happy with the care that they give your car. At other car washes I have to redo my windshield or the exterior isn't cleaned in the places that are indented a bit so that the automatic washing mechanisms fail to reach/clean them well. At Beaches, the after-washing teams manually clean these areas that aren't cleaned. It's not the least expensive car wash because of the service level here at Beaches but I think it's worth it... And I think the line that sometimes forms feels the same way."

However I noticed the next day that it seemed like the whole driver's side of my car hadn't been vacuumed and cleaned as well. I reached out to Thomas, the owner, who had his guys come out the same day and made things right. Reasonable pricing, they fit you in as soon as they can, and Lily and Thomas are easy to talk to. "Norm came out to do my car today and let me just start by saying I am blown away! Atlantic's prices were right on par (if not more reasonable) than other Jax options AND no additional fee or price jumps for being a mobile service. I was able to book service for the following Tuesday on a Thursday (and they had even earlier options but I didn't want to make them come out to me in the pouring rain that week). He brought my 2008 RAV4 back to life in a way I didn't know was possible, all while being super honest and kind about things that just couldn't be fixed due to the age of the vehicle - which I totally understand. She's seen a lot over the years This was the perfect service to prep our car for safely bringing our first little one home in a clean, fresh vehicle - any day now! "Updated review: thank you to Josh for receiving my concerns and promptly, addressing and fixing the issues! He took my car back in and was able to resolve all of the prior concerns that I had related to the quality control. His professionalism and detail oriented mindset is a huge part of what has sparked the follow up review. I hope his guys working for him can become as detailed as he is. Original review: I loved with this company used to be. I went there about a year ago now, and got one of the best detailing experiences of my life with my vehicle at the time. Today I went in because I had the expectation of quality of service that was set a year ago. Needless to say, my expectations were not met. There were countless spots where I had to point out to the younger gentleman that were working there that had not been cleared of wax, they were common areas inside of the vehicle that were not cleared out of dust and more. Notably, the roof on the inside of the vehicle has clear signs of dirt that should have been removed that we're not even touched. I have been in contact with the owner and he assured me that the issue will get resolved so I'll provide an update after a follow up visit on the quality of work. For references, the white smudges you see in the pictures are spots where wax was left on the vehicle. And the pictures of the interior shows the worst parts of the roof that weren't even addressed. ****What I might recommend to the company is implementing some sort of quality control person to check over each vehicle that's finished to ensure the price charge accurately reflects the quality expected on the vehicles. Customers shouldn't have to worry about double checking or having to address quality of work when they're spending hundreds of dollars on a single car wash."

"This has got to be one of the best and most professional establishments I have ever dealt with. I initially search the internet for ceramic coating services in my area and decided on a few that I wanted to consider. Firehouse Auto Spa was the first so I gave them a call and spoke with Ms. Beth. Not only was she very knowledgeable of the services they provided, but explained the entire process step by step. I'm very picky and paranoid about who and where I leave my vehicle so I wanted to get an up close look at the facility and I was not disappointed. The facility was very clean, well maintained and professional looking. Ms. Tammy, another staff member, was also very knowledgeable and made sure everything went according to plan. As far as the ceramic coating package that was applied to may vehicle, it was spectacular. I was so impressed with the deep glossy shine and overall appearance, I went back a few days later to have my windshield tinted. It was just as amazing and so was the technician, who installed it. "I did weeks of research before deciding on going with Ceramic Armory and I am 100% happy with their work. My truck looks amazing and looks brand new. It's a 2021 Toyota Tacoma. I picked it up yesterday and today it stormed all day. I took a towel to get lightly dried it and it looks brand new again. It was so easy just a wipe of a tow.
