There are so many options, you can customize pretty much anything and booking a mobile detail was super easy. He came out, was on time and there wasn't any pressure of up selling and I especially liked that and his professionalism. Don't be afraid to ask questions, he can tell you a difference in packages without any sales pressure. I got the ceramic wax and my jeep was super shinny! "Where do I begin? So my hubby and I took one of our NSXs to a supposedly reputable detailing business, got it back and initially when it was in the showroom it looked great. The next day when it was out and in the direct sunlight we were horrified! Hairline scratches and swirl marks everywhere (shown in the pics). The thought of bringing it back to the previous place to fix what they did was a big fat no! That trust was broken and it's being dealt with by other means now. I remember seeing a wonderfully positive recommendation for Top Detail so we made an appointment right away. Justin and Levi were very knowledgeable and took their time fixing what the other place messed up. All in all they spent just shy of 12 hours working on the car. It turned out amazing. The damage from the previous business was gone plus detailing other aspects of the car such as the exhaust and wheels, which we were told would be done by the previous place but clearly wasn't. Overall I cannot recommend Top Detail enough. They truly worked a miracle. Whatever kind of vehicle you have, rest assured you can trust it with them and you'll be so happy you did!"

So I called Jackson back and he accommodated me with the appointment. He does come about 15 minutes early to set up and will text you that he has arrived. He explains in detail what he will do in the detailing of the car. Hardworking and does the job very carefully even under the heat of the day. Once he is finished he will text you to come and check out the detailing he has done. If you find anything more needs a little touch up, he will do it.
