"Love places that deliver on what they tell you they will do, and then some. The dent and damages done to my car from a recent accident are completely invisible. Excellent work. They also honored my request to work out the quote with the insurance company and keep me completely out of the payment (the other driver was responsible and her insurance was covering the repair work). They did exactly that and worked out the cost differences directly with the insurance company, and it was so nice to just drop off / pick up my car, which looks beautiful. "Recently brought in my E class mercedes to get Nano Ceramic tint all around. As a first time customer, my biggest concern was being able to see out of the car which is why I opted for the Nano Ceramic film: 70 windshield, 35 front windows and 25 back windows for better clarity. After getting the tint installed, my only regret is I didn't get it darker! The film has beautifully installed with minor water marks that have completely disappeared 3 days after installation. The clarity and visibility both night and day are crystal clear and from the inside of the car you can't even tell it's been tinted. This combo of tint has also been able to give a darker feel to the car without comprising visibility or privacy. Besides the exceptional quality of the work, the service and communication from the employees was outstanding. Being provided a clear explanation of the benefits of the work being done as well as being open to customer needs is something you don't get from every shop. "I have come back to these guys to do the ceramic coating on 4 vehicles, and the job is nothing short of spectacular... cannot recommend Glen and now Mr. Jose enough! They stayed late to make sure it would not go out the door unless it was perfect, always impressed with this shop... the pictures speak for themselves These guys are the real deal, Glen (the owner) and Jordan (the shop manager) did such an amazing job with my car. Glen is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to paint and dent repair, he explains everything fully and prices everything fairly. I came in to get a small dent and a few scratches removed on my almost 5 year old vehicle. He told me he was able to do all that and informed me they do ceramic coating as well, for much less than all the shops out there. I was a bit skeptical at first, but these guys came across very trustworthy. Glen was able to do the scratch and dent repair, took extra time to do a full paint correction (kept the car overnight), and then they did ceramic coating plus a complete auto detail... all for an excellent price. His assistant Jordan really loves cars as well... when I came to pick up the vehicle, he was making sure mine wasn't leaving the shop until it was perfect. I'm really glad I found these guys, they stand behind their work and I can't recommend them enough. My 2016 Caddy coupe looks better than it did brand new!"

In addition to his impressive detail job, he worked magic on a bad stain/odor in the rear carpet from a spilled pot of chili that occurred the day before. "I brought my tired car to Andy to help revive it after sitting out in the elements for over a year. My regular washes just did not seem enough and the black trim was suffering from the sun. I wish I could have taken some before images to justify the difference! When it was ready he answered my questions and advised of some products that I could use to keep the finish up. Do I have a showroom car? No, but I wasn't expecting that out of Andy on my 7 yo Jeep If you set your expectations and communicate what you are wanting, Andy is super helpful and does nice work!"

"I was referred to Car Source by another auto body company and I am appreciative for that. Business is everything you need pretty much at one location. I have used their services several times and never disappointed. I have had body work, certified mechanical work, and after that an entire detailing of vehicle. Everything at facility is very clean, indication which made me feel cool with them working on vehicle. Management is top notch, Matt is the manager I worked with he was real honest and respectful so overall was just good experience. Matt/different person is also the name of lead mechanic who is cool as well. Being I don't like to think to much that made things even easier (laugh). As long as I am in need of car work I will most likely not go anywhere else even for an oil change. After oil change I can get car detailed all in one trip. Easy as that! 2006 f-150 they did a great deal of work on!"

Additionally, the price at Roda is not bad at all. Their clientele management is great! "Edit: they recommended waiting at least 4 weeks for the paint to cure before applying PPF. I will be performing this later. Thank you for the great customer service. Still remains 5 stars. The repairs took about 3 weeks, which was anticipated. Despite the damage not appearing severe, there were several different panels affected from my accident and a damaged headlight (hit a deer at night). They did an excellent job in getting my car to look brand new. They even cleaned and dusted my interior which was very kind of them and cleaned up the tires and rims a bit. My one minor concern which I will double check in daylight is if the paint protective film was applied to the panels that were painted or replaced. I think it was, but I need to give the car a second look in the morning. 5/5, well done!"

"From the very beginning when I started inquiring for estimates this company stood out. They replied quickly & gave me thorough information. Came in for a free estimate, didn't feel pressured to accept anything. The guys at the front are very friendly. Now as far as the work done, we brought in my son's 2003 Subaru because his car was hit in a parking lot, they gave us a very fair estimate. We brought the vehicle in the next day, they gave us a 2-3 day estimate time of the vehicle being ready. Car was ready when they said, the work done was way more than we could have hoped for, they left it brand new they even buffed out and fixed some spots on the bumper that weren't part of the accident! Great quality work, with honest service, what more can you ask for! Bring your vehicle in, you won't regret it. I will be recommending to all my friends & family!"

"Big update to 5 stars: Business owner Peter reached out immediately upon hearing that our experience was not great. He quickly scheduled a make-up appointment that fit our schedule to make everything right, and then some. I think the car looks better than it has in years! He brought a small team to handle the ozone treatment and confirm the interior was tip-top clean. He also apologized and explained the situation that had left them short-handed on Monday. Overall, excellent service from a company that stands by their work and cares about customers. I definitely recommend DetailNow, and I'll reach out to them again for our detailing needs! Initial review: Paid in advance for DetailNow's Elite Interior detailing ($195) for our 3-row SUV plus extra ozone treatment for odor removal ($65). Initial detailing missed a few spots on the seats, but the carpets and floor mats were shampooed very well, and the dashboard, etc. looked great. We had to wait on the ozone treatment since the machine wasn't working at the appointment. Peter texted me about the ozone machine problem, and I responded that evening to set up a time for the ozone make-up treatment. Be aware that they use a website scheduling/payment/messaging/tip/rating system that makes it hard to add any message once they mark "service complete." Luckily, Peter was able to respond directly by text."

We took an 2010 Toyota Corolla to get detailed after years of wear and Jonathan did an amazing job! It looks fresh and new.
