Even though it was a new vehicle just purchased off the lot , it had scratches all through the paint. Check out the photo's. Joe the owner had me discuss with is daughter Erin to rub out the paint before she ceramic coated and what a job she did! My Ram 3500 truck looks absolutely beautiful. In the waiting area they provided snacks, fresh coffee, tea, snacks and even Netflix if you choose to wait for your car. The detailers and all other staff members were so friendly and welcoming. They walk through the waiting area very polite, greet you and are informative about the progress of your vehicle. I purchased the makeover package which included a full interior and exterior detailing where they work on your car for up to 4 hrs. I definitely recommend this! "Chris did an interior/exterior clean/wash on my Audi and it came out like-new beautiful. However, my cat uses the car as her playground and her jumping on the car caused a forest of scratches. I asked Chris if I brought the car to him another time did he think he could fix the damage. His confident response - "Absolutely!" He then decided to prove it and pulled out his tools.
