When I called, Andy was incredibly polite and took the time to explain the appointment process and pricing. He even offered to inspect my car beforehand to ensure I was comfortable with the cost, which I appreciated. He was very professional and nice, so I decided to go ahead with their service. The work was done quickly; I expected to wait until the afternoon, but it was finished before noon. When I went to pick up my car, Andy opened the door, and I was amazed at how clean it was. It's been a long time since my car has looked this good. He did an excellent job cleaning up spilled antifreeze in the trunk and getting rid of small stones and dry leaves inside the car--things that I couldn't remove with my vacuum. Highly recommended!"
