"Update: the owner immediately reached out after my initial review. He was apologetic and appreciative of my business. A team of workers came this week to touch up anything that was overlooked the first time. My overall experience has certainly improved: good customer service, thorough follow-up, and consistent communication. Not worth it for the price. They were pleasant and came to me, so it was convenient. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they were there when they said they would be there. However, the work was mediocre. I probably could've done a better job myself, but I don't have the time. I would've happily paid $100 for the job that was done but it was $239."

"Got my car's interior detailed after a rough Buffalo winter: seats, carpets, every crevice spotless. The place has awesome energy. Ryan, the owner (thought he was just a super friendly employee at first), clearly loves what he does. I got there just before opening and witnessed his whole crew show up early, happy, and proud to be there. (I mean why not, cars are cool!) That vibe is rare and made the whole experience stand out. Sometimes it's not said enough but it's a nice thing to witness people not be pissed to be at work. Keep up the nice work guys, I'm sure I'll be back."

I have a 190 year old and a toddler, needless to say my car needed some TLC After a google search, I decided to call JP's and inquire about scheduling. I spoke to JP directly and set up an appointment for the next week. A+++ for communication from start to finish. And my jeep has literally NEVER LOOKED BETTER! The attention to detail is mind blowing. Every nook and cranny was cleaned and my car looks like I just drove it off the lot. Upon pick up, the drivers side is protected from the steering wheel wrapping to the seat and the floor mat. I can't say enough! Cherry on top, I didn't even know JP was running a special and was prepared to pay full price for just an interior detail. Does a fantastic job at taking care of the interior of my car as well. Got 2 of my cars done here for an interior cleaning, as well as doing an extraction clean of my 2 front seats. "Juan is very professional and has a trailer setup with everything needed to detail any type of vehicle. Juan spent a considerable amount of time detailing my Harley-Davidson and it turned out better than showroom quality. It looks better now than when it was on the showroom floor. "Juan worked on both my 2021 & 2023 Subaru Legacys. He did a complete exterior and interior on my 2021 and made the car look brand new. Also, this car sustained damage from a turkey pecking at the car doing extensive damage to the paint. Juan miraculously buffed out any damage and saved me an expensive paint job. He did a ceramic coating on the interior of my 2023 after a deep cleaning. AMAZING! His attention to detail and commitment to excellence is much appreciated.
