"This place is awesome. I go here regularly in the winter to rinse the salt off of my car. The last time I went, they were only accepting coins, the credit card system was down. I didn't have any. The owner? Manager? I'm not sure, but he was an older gentleman and was really nice. I didn't have any coins, so he let me and others wash our cars for free due to the inconvenience. It's rare to find a business that's so accommodating. After that experience, I'll be a forever customer."

"They did a good job but yearly I was supposed to be able to go back there and have them touch up anything that had washed or worn off, but they had a fire and the place was no longer opened so I paid for a lifetime of care and only got undercoated 1x. Since then I've been using Donny McCallister at Brattleboro collision in Brattleboro - he does Vermont New Hampshire oil undercoat, reasonably priced nice place to deal with and he does a good job"

"I needed the inside of my car detailed. A chocolate milkshake was spilled on the back seat and rug. I called Elite on state st. In Schenectady. I schedule an appointment. The young man came to my house was here for three hours in 32 degree weather. He did a fantastic job. Vacuumed, shampooed and thoroughly clean the inside of my car including my trunk. I highly recommend them."

"Tony did a great job detailing our Subaru Outback last year. More recently we left the sunroof open on our mini van overnight. Of course it rained like crazy. We tried everything we could think of to dry the car out but the rubber base under the floor covering was not cooperating. With warmer weather approaching we did not want a 'mold farm on wheels' scenario. I brought the car to Tony and instead of just charging me a bunch of money he took the time to asses the situation and show me how to finish drying the car out on my own. He showed me some different access points in the floor where I could prop the flooring up to create airflow underneath to finish drying out that dense rubber material with a fan. It took a few days but it was not hard to do and It worked! Grateful repeat customer. Highly recommend."

"Great communication. No nonsense. Super friendly. Offered options for my needs. I'm selling a car and the interior cleaning was completely neglected by my son. Disgusting actually. It was my son's car to use and although it was 100% taken care of mechanically, cleaning not so much. I'm hoping he posts pictures of before and after because he did an amazing job at desliming this car! Anyone can nitpick, myself included, going from disgusting to clean but he did everything he offered and I could not be happier with his service. I have another vehicle that needs some love and will likely reach out over the summer for that, too. He showed up exactly when promised and did exactly what we agreed upon.
