"Review update: that same day, I called and expressed my disappointment. The manager was extremely kind and asked if I was close enough to return for another wash on the house. Afterwards, we spoke for a second and he explained what he stated below. Great customer service. I meant to update this sooner. He also gave me a certificate for one more free wash in the future. --------------------------------------------- I am shocked. I just went through this carwash and was excited based on the reviews. I tipped the dryers $20. When I parked down the street to get groceries, I saw my car was not close to clean. I don't understand how they let me drive away like this. The wheels and tires are more dirty than they were when I entered the car wash."

"I had my 2018 Subaru detailed interior and exterior, Diamond Finish Detailing did an awesome job!!! Near perfect :) I'd had my car detailed at two other places and one place did an okay job and the other did an unsatisfactory job. When I got my car home from Diamond Finish I walked out into my garage the next day and said "wow, that looks show room ready!", the exterior shine, crystal clear glass, and spiffed up interior all done with meticulous detail! Great customer service, professional products and detailers, all around great communication as well. Will be a repeat customer and appreciate the "top 3" items on the appointment request and can do just an interior or exterior detail if desired. The photos are from my extremely light colored interior, the stains are at least 12+ months old and they got them out!! That fabric is a pain to work with because it gets water stains very easily and appreciate them letting it dry overnight with fans before I picked it up! No damp seats or water rings for this lady!"

From the first phone call when I wasn't sure how I might get my car over there, Evan was already offering his personal enclosed trailer. His staff and technicians are first class, show respect for your vehicle and understanding about your personal situation. Parker is a rising star, a young man with exceptional talent and knowledge thats beyond his years. The bottom end of my motor and turbos had to be rebuilt. Not an easy job on my BMW. My 2013 Civic Interior had seen better days and he did an excellent job shampooing the upholstery, removing stains that I thought could not be removed, and thoroughly cleaned and deodorized the interior; making it feel new again. He also restored my WeatherTech mats and brought them back to Life and they actually look better than when new. He is very professional and has an absolutely beautiful private and secure workspace. "I approached Raymond one day and he gave me some good insight on my 2017 Foz that we both agreed on .... Forged carbon fiber . I had a hood come in also from Compressive Tuning via SubiMods.... Raymond sent me pics of what the forged carbon fiber looked like and I was hooked .. I dropped a deposit and waited also for the hood to come in ... "I cannot recommend enough! Everything went perfectly! Let me start w/ booking. It's super easy to book online, the deposit is totally reasonable and showed me that they take their business seriously and expect their customers to as well! I appreciated that after previously having an appt with a different company no-showed w/ no notice. This was the complete opposite of the experience I had with It's a Wash. The appointment was confirmed in text after booking, the day before and the day of! I loved that! We had to shift the appt an hour due to temperatures and it was communicated with me far in advance and in a respectful manner - epic customer service! I loved that I didn't miss work for this appt, he set up right in my work parking lot and handled everything basically within 3 parking spots! He was doing such a thorough job that multiple people in my building stopped me to ask for his info!! My car looks AMAZING!!! Beautiful! Prettiest car in the parking lot! And for that price - it's a HUGE VALUE! Like unbeatable! I couldn't be more happy with my decision to book w/ It's a Wash and I will totally be doing so in the future!"
