Scheduling the service on their website was easy. Communication between myself and Denilson was great. The inside of my car looks like it's a brand new car. He even organized all of the little items he found neatly in my trunk. I scheduled my full interior cleaning while I was at work. This felt like such a treat having my car cleaned while working. I brought in my 230k-mile Corolla for the exterior package, and the entire experience--from communication and scheduling to the shop's cleanliness and the comfortable customer lounge-- and Mike overseeing the business was excellent.
