I brought in my 230k-mile Corolla for the exterior package, and the entire experience--from communication and scheduling to the shop's cleanliness and the comfortable customer lounge-- and Mike overseeing the business was excellent. However, what truly impressed me was the attention to detail. Even though I only opted for the exterior package, their website mentioned they vacuum and wipe down the interior. "I had my car cleaned and a scratch removed by the amazing Wilson, mi Wilito and let me tell you, he gives the best customer service I have ever received. He completely removed the scratch carefully to the point where you couldn't see it anymore and he did an amazing job with that. He also cleaned the car SPOTLESS like it was brand new.
