Brian cares about the work they are doing and want to make sure it goes as smooth as possible. I have never had PPF, Ceramic Coating, and tint done before. Brian and his team did a fantastic job of explaining to me the differences between them and what to expect during the install and any other question I had. "I'm extremely pleased with the service at Mike's shop. I brought in my 230k-mile Corolla for the exterior package, and the entire experience--from communication and scheduling to the shop's cleanliness and the comfortable customer lounge-- and Mike overseeing the business was excellent. However, what truly impressed me was the attention to detail. Even though I only opted for the exterior package, their website mentioned they vacuum and wipe down the interior. To my surprise, the interior looked so spotless that it felt like a brand-new car! Every little corner was meticulously cleaned. "I had my car cleaned and a scratch removed by the amazing Wilson, mi Wilito and let me tell you, he gives the best customer service I have ever received. He completely removed the scratch carefully to the point where you couldn't see it anymore and he did an amazing job with that. He also cleaned the car SPOTLESS like it was brand new. "Highly recommend Hashir! He's such a nice dude, and clearly very honest and reliable. A friend of mine puked in my brand new car in a really hard spot (between the seat and center console). I was nervous I'd have to take the seat out, but he was able to clean it! He did a super thorough job making sure everything was clean and deodorized. I could tell he worked hard on it.
