"I had to go to flagship car wash after work today because I am trying the unlimited car wash and couldn't figure out what credit card I used to purchase it with to make my profile. The manager was so nice and helpful, but by the time we finished it was 6:30. I asked when they close and he said 6:30, but he was nice enough to let me go through. Such great customer service. They took responsibility for a detail that had gone unresolved during a prior visit, addressed it without any pressure or upselling, and handled the repair in a professional and fair manner. While there may be other shops that offer lower pricing, the quality of service, clear communication, and warranty support here gave me confidence in the work performed. In hindsight, I might've done more price comparison before committing to extensive repairs -- but I never felt misled, and I left with peace of mind about the condition of my vehicle."

"This is my first time rating car washing service. In short, for car-wash I think it's fair to rate either a 5-star, 3-star, or 1-star. 5 star means they did a passable or bang-up job (pun not intended). 3 star for maybe they made few errors, or they charged too much. 1-star if they just sucked, and it's time to revisit where to car wash. So I think the rating's fair. The photos speak for themselves I think. That PLUS -- I drive a Tesla! I bought it recently, so it pretty new. I was nervous to get car washing anywhere -- prior to Three Cees, I had ONLY EVER HAND-WASH !!! But it was winter, and there came snow in VA, twice at least (yay!), and even though I park inside usually, stuff gets on car. If not falling snow, it's snow blowing your way from the cargo bed of an idiot's moving pick-up truck in front of you, or dirt puddles on road you run over, so on. So i don't gotta the time to hand wash that -- it's a seasonal thing, wear and tear on exterior. So I need it washed and pronto! In short, I let the photos speak for me. For $18, I think they done an OK job. Pretty solid. One general tip, remember to turn on Car Wash mode if your car has it, and enable "free rolling" mode so tires move along. I would come here again if my car was much dirtier again (though I hope not!) Anyway, Three Cees is now my go-to auto-car wash service to ever use "in a pinch"."

"I just had the front two windows tinted to match the factory rears on my 2025 Range Rover. Paul scheduled the appointment and the day I went in took the time to show me around the shop and all the different tint options. He recommended that I go with 20% XPEL Prime XR Black to match. I've put tint on all of my cars but never had one match like this. Excellent customer service, quality work and great pricing."

"First and foremost I've had other cars ceramic-coated, however not to the level of detail and care that deluxe paint protection provided my vehicle. I was extremely impressed on how Anthony and Dylan told me that I did not require a two-step and then it would be a waste of money. Fantastic. Honesty in business goes far. Deluxe paint protection uses high-end products and takes their time with their client vehicles. I cannot recommend deluxe paint protection enough to perspective clients. Look no further than this business to protect your car!!!!!"
