The car came out impeccably clean without smelling like chemicals as they use eco-friendly products. Communication: I did not have an appointment but called 9AM and they scheduled me in right away. They notified me when my car was ready via text. Location: P3 level of parking garage. I walked around the mall, which is attached to the building while they were working on the car for 1.5 hr."

We also park it outside so it's covered in pollen, leaves, etc plus I have a dog with very wiry hair and rotating friends dogs who ride in the car. John and his crew somehow transformed our dust/grime filled car into an almost new car! I am so impressed.
