"When I got my Model S a couple years ago, I researched detailing shops in my area and the one that kept rising to the top was Metropolitan Detail in Redmond. Living in Seattle, it was farther than west-side shops but I wanted the best and I concluded that that means Metropolitan Detail. I met and talked to Lee about my best options to protect my new car's exterior and we settled on a ceramic coating. That proved to be great advice and an excellent decision. Now two years on, I went back to Lee to see how best to continue my proactive exterior car care. Lee, with much knowledge and patience, walked me through the options. We ultimately settled on doing a gloss black wrap on my (to me, very handsome) black Model S (aka The Dark Knight) and the installation happened mid-December 2024. Every aspect of working with Metropolitan Detail is of the highest degree of expertise and professionalism starting with conversations with Lee and continuing with team members like Charles in the office and shop floor, and top-notch installers like Colby. Metropolitan is not kidding when it says its team "is always focused on quality." Oh, and did I mention Metropolitan provides loaners while they work on your car? How did my car turn out, you ask? "Great experience! Paid $330 and took 2 hours for just windshield tint. No issues with cutout shape or anything, and communication was great. They warned me my windshield could possibly crack from the heat shrinking process because it had chips so that was good. Shoutout also because they had to remove my parking sticker which was really stuck on, and they even tried to piece it back together on a plastic sheet. PSA: there's a product called sticker shield which I highly recommend and I'm using now. I got 55% for anyone considering. I have 0 visibility concern at night. They only had 30, 55, and 70 (they have darker but I didn't ask because I was doing windshield). The XPEL XR Black product itself has a blue tint which I don't really like but it's fine."

"Carter detailed my car and let me just say it needed it bad. The carpets were pretty stained due to my sunroof leaking and the interior had never been detailed before. He is incredibly detail oriented. He got all of the stains out of the carpet and did a wonderful job on the interior of my car! I highly recommend taking your car here. I really liked how you could build your own detail package and select what you want done on the interior and exterior. It makes it affordable and allows you to pick what you need. "Wow! Josiah and his crew did an amazing job. Our brakes have gotten really low and spewed rust on our white Yukon. They had no problem getting that all cleaned up with a fantastic detail job. "Our car was used as a construction vehicle for about a year. We also park it outside so it's covered in pollen, leaves, etc plus I have a dog with very wiry hair and rotating friends dogs who ride in the car. John and his crew somehow transformed our dust/grime filled car into an almost new car! I am so impressed. "Service: Joel managed our care ... even helped install my baby's car seat and made sure it got cleaned. Before, we had food, trash, stains everywhere (we have a messy toddler ). The car came out impeccably clean without smelling like chemicals as they use eco-friendly products. Communication: I did not have an appointment but called 9AM and they scheduled me in right away. "New to the city. Have been searching for a good car wash/detailing shop that offers a fair price for awhile now. First time trying out the exterior hand wash package from signature auto detail. You have to call beforehand to schedule an appointment. I am very satisfied with the results. Especially love how good the wheels look after they clean it. The exterior hand wash was only 40 dollars and they were fairly efficient with it, in and out in about 30 minutes. They have a few different packages that goes up in price for more work done on the car. Highly recommend this place and I will be coming back for more."
