"When I got my Model S a couple years ago, I researched detailing shops in my area and the one that kept rising to the top was Metropolitan Detail in Redmond. Living in Seattle, it was farther than west-side shops but I wanted the best and I concluded that that means Metropolitan Detail. I met and talked to Lee about my best options to protect my new car's exterior and we settled on a ceramic coating. That proved to be great advice and an excellent decision. Now two years on, I went back to Lee to see how best to continue my proactive exterior car care. Lee, with much knowledge and patience, walked me through the options. We ultimately settled on doing a gloss black wrap on my (to me, very handsome) black Model S (aka The Dark Knight) and the installation happened mid-December 2024. Every aspect of working with Metropolitan Detail is of the highest degree of expertise and professionalism starting with conversations with Lee and continuing with team members like Charles in the office and shop floor, and top-notch installers like Colby. Metropolitan is not kidding when it says its team "is always focused on quality." Oh, and did I mention Metropolitan provides loaners while they work on your car? How did my car turn out, you ask? "Great experience! Paid $330 and took 2 hours for just windshield tint. No issues with cutout shape or anything, and communication was great. They warned me my windshield could possibly crack from the heat shrinking process because it had chips so that was good. Shoutout also because they had to remove my parking sticker which was really stuck on, and they even tried to piece it back together on a plastic sheet. PSA: there's a product called sticker shield which I highly recommend and I'm using now. I got 55% for anyone considering. I have 0 visibility concern at night. They only had 30, 55, and 70 (they have darker but I didn't ask because I was doing windshield). The XPEL XR Black product itself has a blue tint which I don't really like but it's fine."

"I have started taking my 4Runner to Metropolitan Express after I decided to ceramic wrap the vehicle to protect the paint. I live on a dirt gravel road. Jordan always does a great job of washing and drying my 4Runner. I inquired about the best way to keep the back-up camera view clean as I would like it to help me see what's in the rear. Jordan applied a protective film to the back-up camera lens and it works great! I have better visual mode when putting the 4Runner in reverse. My 4 Runner looks great after a wash and dry, and everyone who sees it clean is impressed at the ceramic wrap and color. "Had a full car did both exterior and interior detailing with Osprodetailing. I like the fact the it provides an option to either wash the car on my drive way and have a pick up service. They did a great job cleaning my car parked under pine trees with a lot of needles and spots. Great service. Will come back."

"Our car was used as a construction vehicle for about a year. We also park it outside so it's covered in pollen, leaves, etc plus I have a dog with very wiry hair and rotating friends dogs who ride in the car. John and his crew somehow transformed our dust/grime filled car into an almost new car! I am so impressed. We also got the ceramic coating/claybar treatment for $100 which is well worth it given the diy kit alone is almost that price. The car looks so shiny. Lastly, John and the team are SO nice. "High quality work! These guys came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I brought my brand new Lexus in for tint, film, and ceramic paint coating. Scheduling was easy, they took the time to listen to what I wanted and made recommendations. I ended up tinting my front windows, sun roof, and the windshield - so happy I did, makes a huge difference in heat and UV protection for the vehicle. The ceramic coating was worth it. "I recently went here to get an interior and exterior detail. I paid about 275 and their customer service was great but the detail was alright. Exterior they didn't really clean under the tool box which I hoped they would since a simple automated car wash didn't get down there I was hoping if I paid for a detail they would for sure get it but there's still some dirt back there. I also was hoping they would scrub the floors of my truck and it seems like they just gave it a quick wipe and didn't clean them well enough. They also didn't really clean the cup holders well. It just looks like they wiped everything down but didn't exactly clean it properly like I hoped. I would go to these people if you just want some surfaces wiped down and small trash picked up but if you expect them to do a deep clean I would recommend another place. I can appreciate them shampooing my seats and steaming my headliner but that's about the most deep cleaning they did and everything else was wiped down and not paid attention to enough. They really only get 3 stars for mainly customer service but also for shampooing and steaming Edit: they called me and offered me a free detail to make up for not getting the other spots properly. I can really admire their customer service and their willingness to make things right! Which isn't found too often nowadays. I'll leave another review when I get the next detail. Last edit: I went back and I got another detail completely for free. Now this new detail FEELS LIKE A 300 DOLLAR detail, they changed it completely and made sure they got all the areas I said weren't paid attention to enough. I'm definitely going to be back and I will definitely recommend this place to other people. I love their customer service and thank you to Bryan for calling me and apologizing and offering a free detail. I cannot say this enough when I say this place is THE place to go to. A few parts of my interior were fading and he even put a product on it to protect it and make my interior look better than it ever did. This is complete 180 from the first detail. "New to the city. Have been searching for a good car wash/detailing shop that offers a fair price for awhile now. First time trying out the exterior hand wash package from signature auto detail. You have to call beforehand to schedule an appointment. I am very satisfied with the results. Especially love how good the wheels look after they clean it. The exterior hand wash was only 40 dollars and they were fairly efficient with it, in and out in about 30 minutes. They have a few different packages that goes up in price for more work done on the car. Highly recommend this place and I will be coming back for more."

Joseph got me in the next morning and helped accommodate the timing cause I knew leaving it, the stickiness would linger around if it wasn't treated. These guys are the real deal! "Final Finish is the best! I appreciate their service and dedication to good, honest work. Odie (the owner) and team are respectful people who charge a very fair price, deliver extraordinary value, and seem to really want to help beyond the scope of the job they are paid to do. The shop is clean, modern, they are friendly, and there is no pressure. They show integrity. This is the place! I first met Odie when I got some bad scratches across multiple panels of a used car I worked hard to find and had just purchased. I was beyond disappointed. I am not even sure the shop was officially open when I called, but I suspect Odie sensed I was upset and invited me to come right over. After I arrived, he assured me they use a very light touch and that I wouldn't be able to tell there had been damage. He also showed me pictures of their past work, which was impressive. As we continued to look at the car I found other imperfections, all which Odie and I discussed thoroughly. I learned a lot about what could be fixed more easily than expected, and about issues you might not even want to touch. That inspired a lot of trust, and we set up the job. The prices were so reasonable I even added window tint! I got in quickly, the communication was great, and the work was done ahead of schedule. When I went to pick up the car I was amazed! It looked even better than it did before the scratches, and they had taken the time to fix/clean some extra, unexpected items. And the tint was gorgeous. I couldn't believe it! In response to my disbelief Odie said that he knew the car was special to me and had asked the team to do some extra. Aww! Final Finish is now my go-to. "I recently had David do an interior/exterior detailing and racing stripes added to my Mustang. David was really great! I think it's a special thing when the owner is still active and involved in his business and he was very happy to do the work and talking through what would be done. He and his team did an amazing job on my car, I think it might look better than it did when I bought it new. The exterior detail is immaculate and the racing stripes added are done perfectly. I have no complaints. In fact, I plan to see him a couple times a year to keep the car looking amazing. His pricing was very fair and I definitely got my moneys worth. It was super worth the money that we spent, the truck was sparkly clean like a brand new vehicle.
