We also park it outside so it's covered in pollen, leaves, etc plus I have a dog with very wiry hair and rotating friends dogs who ride in the car. John and his crew somehow transformed our dust/grime filled car into an almost new car! I am so impressed. We also got the ceramic coating/claybar treatment for $100 which is well worth it given the diy kit alone is almost that price. The car looks so shiny. Lastly, John and the team are SO nice. I can't recommend them enough."

"High quality work! These guys came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I brought my brand new Lexus in for tint, film, and ceramic paint coating. Scheduling was easy, they took the time to listen to what I wanted and made recommendations. I ended up tinting my front windows, sun roof, and the windshield - so happy I did, makes a huge difference in heat and UV protection for the vehicle. The ceramic coating was worth it. It's been almost 1.5 years and my paint looks brand new and is still super hydrophobic. I love it. I will be working with Accutint Bellevue again!"

"Service: Joel managed our care ... even helped install my baby's car seat and made sure it got cleaned. Before, we had food, trash, stains everywhere (we have a messy toddler ). The car came out impeccably clean without smelling like chemicals as they use eco-friendly products. Communication: I did not have an appointment but called 9AM and they scheduled me in right away. "I recently went here to get an interior and exterior detail. I paid about 275 and their customer service was great but the detail was alright. Exterior they didn't really clean under the tool box which I hoped they would since a simple automated car wash didn't get down there I was hoping if I paid for a detail they would for sure get it but there's still some dirt back there. I also was hoping they would scrub the floors of my truck and it seems like they just gave it a quick wipe and didn't clean them well enough. They also didn't really clean the cup holders well. It just looks like they wiped everything down but didn't exactly clean it properly like I hoped. I would go to these people if you just want some surfaces wiped down and small trash picked up but if you expect them to do a deep clean I would recommend another place. I can appreciate them shampooing my seats and steaming my headliner but that's about the most deep cleaning they did and everything else was wiped down and not paid attention to enough. They really only get 3 stars for mainly customer service but also for shampooing and steaming Edit: they called me and offered me a free detail to make up for not getting the other spots properly. I can really admire their customer service and their willingness to make things right! Which isn't found too often nowadays. I'll leave another review when I get the next detail. Last edit: I went back and I got another detail completely for free. Now this new detail FEELS LIKE A 300 DOLLAR detail, they changed it completely and made sure they got all the areas I said weren't paid attention to enough. I'm definitely going to be back and I will definitely recommend this place to other people. I love their customer service and thank you to Bryan for calling me and apologizing and offering a free detail. I cannot say this enough when I say this place is THE place to go to. A few parts of my interior were fading and he even put a product on it to protect it and make my interior look better than it ever did. This is complete 180 from the first detail. "I wish I had a before picture because she was a nasty girl. Called in on Friday, where I spilled an entire large soda in the passenger seat and had it drip through. Joseph got me in the next morning and helped accommodate the timing cause I knew leaving it, the stickiness would linger around if it wasn't treated. These guys are the real deal! It was super worth the money that we spent, the truck was sparkly clean like a brand new vehicle. "When I got my Model S a couple years ago, I researched detailing shops in my area and the one that kept rising to the top was Metropolitan Detail in Redmond. Living in Seattle, it was farther than west-side shops but I wanted the best and I concluded that that means Metropolitan Detail.
