"So on Wednesday April 16th, I came to the Jax Birmingham location for the first time to have my car cleaned from the full service,service! I honestly felt so bad, extremely bad due to the condition of my vehicle and how dirty it was from my kids,But the manager Tim greeted me as I got out of my car to have it cleaned and I expressed how sorry I am and apologized to him for how bad it was! But Tim was so understanding and extremely professional and made me not feel embarrassed anymore and Tim and his team went above & beyond! They did such a amazing job,so i decided to sign up for the membership so I can keep my car clean! Biggest thank you to Tim and Birmingham Jax! They walk through the waiting area very polite, greet you and are informative about the progress of your vehicle. "Chris did an interior/exterior clean/wash on my Audi and it came out like-new beautiful. However, my cat uses the car as her playground and her jumping on the car caused a forest of scratches. I asked Chris if I brought the car to him another time did he think he could fix the damage. His confident response - "Absolutely!" He then decided to prove it and pulled out his tools.
