"So on Wednesday April 16th, I came to the Jax Birmingham location for the first time to have my car cleaned from the full service,service! I honestly felt so bad, extremely bad due to the condition of my vehicle and how dirty it was from my kids,But the manager Tim greeted me as I got out of my car to have it cleaned and I expressed how sorry I am and apologized to him for how bad it was! "Chris did an interior/exterior clean/wash on my Audi and it came out like-new beautiful. However, my cat uses the car as her playground and her jumping on the car caused a forest of scratches. I asked Chris if I brought the car to him another time did he think he could fix the damage. His confident response - "Absolutely!" He then decided to prove it and pulled out his tools.
