"First time ever at a Paradise Full Service car wash. I got the Admiral wash. I must say I was impressed. The process is quite involved, with many workers and much automation. Most impressive was the staff. There were many vehicles going through and everybody was working like a well oiled machine. The end result is my SUV looking fantastic."

"It's a good car wash if you go expecting what you get. They have a rush business model so the kids working there have to get in wipe and go. To be fair it makes sense to keep up with the demand but it's easy to miss things when you try to work at that speed. Prices are high but they don't have much competition in the area for one that cleans the inside and the outside. One thing that stood out to me was the kid who held the hose when they were doing my tire work, him making sure the hose didn't rub all over my car was very considerate. I'd definitely consider a membership if prices were lower"

"I've become a regular here since moving to south Minneapolis. I like it because it is on the way home for me. A few of the staff I see on a regular basis which is nice. The only thing I need to say is the new automated tire shine rollers installed earlier this year are not good. I called to let them know they need to adjust them and still nothing has been done or so it seems. I've changed my monthly package to one without tire shine. It's a real pain driving 10 minutes home and it looks like I went through I bunch of mud due to all the tire shine being flung on the side of my car. I realize I am going to get this to a certain degree with it not being dry but when I use to go to the Apple Valley location all the time I didn't have this issue. I am hoping someone from management sees this and takes the time to figure out and adjust the tire shine rollers at this location. It's applying way too much. Specifically to the drivers side. See the photos for comparison of my drivers side to my passenger side after arriving home. Other than that staff here is always friendly/ nice and have no complaints."

I'll post updated photos The level of quality you get for paying over $50 for a full service car wash is absolutely terrible. Would absolutely recommend finding an alternative Full service car wash provider somewhere in the Twin Cities."

"I brought my husband's Charger to surprise him with a nice detail. Back story, the car's carpet was stained and very dirty with years of salt and dirt. I expected it to be clean but not all gone, since it was really bad. They did an AWESOME job, they got EVERYTHING out and the car was pristine at the end. I was really happy with the result, everyone was nice and welcoming. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know, and will bring my cars there in the future. "I would definitely recommend Trey and his team, the crushed the detail on a used car I purchased that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Seat stains were removed on tough to clean tan interior and nooks and crannies got hit solid. "While passing a construction zone in Montana on a cross-country road trip, our 2017 BMW was covered in a fine spray of asphalt emulsion tar emitted from a construction vehicle laying sealant on a new road. Knowing we had a 24 hour planned stop in Minneapolis to see friends before carrying on with our trip, I quickly contacted Derek at DTailed and he was more than happy to have a look at our vehicle late in the day when we first got into town. They took the time and detailed each crevice of my car . There was also a nice size scrape on my car and he was able to repair and paint it.
