"Wonderful experience! My car looks brand new. Prior to detailing; my car was really dirty, and had heavy stains impeded in the carpet. I feel like I pulled off in a brand new car. They took the time and detailed each crevice of my car . There was also a nice size scrape on my car and he was able to repair and paint it. "It's a good car wash if you go expecting what you get. They have a rush business model so the kids working there have to get in wipe and go. To be fair it makes sense to keep up with the demand but it's easy to miss things when you try to work at that speed. Prices are high but they don't have much competition in the area for one that cleans the inside and the outside. One thing that stood out to me was the kid who held the hose when they were doing my tire work, him making sure the hose didn't rub all over my car was very considerate. I'd definitely consider a membership if prices were lower"

"The quality of their products is very good and I've been happy with everything they've done on multiple vehiclesz Scheduling was easy and they give you a curtesy car. Only took a couple of days to have my car back. The only reason I give them a 4 out of 5 is because I had a really frustrating customer service experience between them and my car dealership. I purchased their full paint protection wrap through the dealer which was rather expensive. When I got the car to P&L we discovered that a good portion on the front had already been wrapped by the previous owner. At first I was told they could remove it and apply their product which I was fine with. But then later I was informed that they couldn't. Since they were only able to partially wrap the car I was/should have been entitled to some level of "discount". Getting this figured out was an absolute headache. Both my dealer and P&L said they were working together to figure it out but when I asked for updates, they each pointed the figures at each other which was super frustrating. After 4 months of this, many phone calls and trips to both locations, I finally received my "discount" which was about $300 off a $2,000 package.... Given they weren't able to do around 40% of what was included in the package, this didn't feel fair or right to me but at that point I was too frustrated to do any more about it. Again the product is really good and much of the service issue I had was due to an odd situation and on the dealer as much as it was P&L which is why I still give them 4 stars. My advice to P&L. you and my dealer touted your relationship and how you were going to take care of me when I purchased the car. Your owner was even visiting dealership at the time and helped sell me on the "titanium wrap package". But then with this odd situation, instead of working together to find a reasonable solution, you made it my problem to figure out and we're both pointing fingers at each other. It felt like i was dealing with two children and it really ruined my experience of working with both of you. I don't know if I will use either one of you with my next vehicle purchase as a result."

My car was a complete disaster with a 6 year old, a dog, and us always being on the run to and from school and activities while eating and drinking and chewing gum and playing in the car. Minneapolis Detail made my car brand new again - seriously not a spot was left untouched. My car was thoroughly cleaned - all dog hairs removed, food stuck on mats gone, pen marks on the leather erased, sticky yuck no more! These guys are seriously the best. "While passing a construction zone in Montana on a cross-country road trip, our 2017 BMW was covered in a fine spray of asphalt emulsion tar emitted from a construction vehicle laying sealant on a new road. Knowing we had a 24 hour planned stop in Minneapolis to see friends before carrying on with our trip, I quickly contacted Derek at DTailed and he was more than happy to have a look at our vehicle late in the day when we first got into town. After scoping the work, he graciously accommodated our one day turnaround request to remove the tar and polish the exterior. Bottom line, we couldn't be happier with his work.
