"I brought my husband's Charger to surprise him with a nice detail. Back story, the car's carpet was stained and very dirty with years of salt and dirt. I expected it to be clean but not all gone, since it was really bad. They did an AWESOME job, they got EVERYTHING out and the car was pristine at the end. I was really happy with the result, everyone was nice and welcoming. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know, and will bring my cars there in the future. Pedro and some else worked in the car, and he was really nice, went above and beyond to make sure the salt was gone. Thank you!!!"

"Very friendly and knowledgeable team. Very good pricing as well. I called multiple locations for quotes and they had the best price. They put in a lot of effort and kindly updated me throughout the process while I was waiting in the lobby to get my dent fixed. I know this was a harder dent to pull out due to my car having a double layer of metal by the fender and on the body line. There was no way to push out the dent from the dented in side. I am extremely pleased with how it turned out. They were also willing to answer whatever questions I had and were very transparent. I'll definitely be coming back for their ceramic coating as well in the future!"

"This car wash is amazing! For $20 you get a wash and they wipe down the interior of the car, wash your floor mats and a quick vacuum. Yea the vacuum is quick it's not perfect but it's so affordable! If you want a full detail you have to pay for that. The value of this wash is amazing in my opinion!! Bring some cash to tip these employees work HARD"

"It's a good car wash if you go expecting what you get. They have a rush business model so the kids working there have to get in wipe and go. To be fair it makes sense to keep up with the demand but it's easy to miss things when you try to work at that speed. Prices are high but they don't have much competition in the area for one that cleans the inside and the outside. One thing that stood out to me was the kid who held the hose when they were doing my tire work, him making sure the hose didn't rub all over my car was very considerate. I'd definitely consider a membership if prices were lower"

"I've become a regular here since moving to south Minneapolis. I like it because it is on the way home for me. A few of the staff I see on a regular basis which is nice. The only thing I need to say is the new automated tire shine rollers installed earlier this year are not good. I called to let them know they need to adjust them and still nothing has been done or so it seems. I've changed my monthly package to one without tire shine. It's a real pain driving 10 minutes home and it looks like I went through I bunch of mud due to all the tire shine being flung on the side of my car. I realize I am going to get this to a certain degree with it not being dry but when I use to go to the Apple Valley location all the time I didn't have this issue. I am hoping someone from management sees this and takes the time to figure out and adjust the tire shine rollers at this location. It's applying way too much. Specifically to the drivers side. See the photos for comparison of my drivers side to my passenger side after arriving home. Other than that staff here is always friendly/ nice and have no complaints."

I'll post updated photos The level of quality you get for paying over $50 for a full service car wash is absolutely terrible. Would absolutely recommend finding an alternative Full service car wash provider somewhere in the Twin Cities."

"This is the second time I've been to Crystal collision center, and they have not disappointed me in terms of bodywork. If you're wondering why they only have 4.2 stars, most of the negative reviews are due to the car wash, which is not important in my opinion. The real review comes with the bodywork and I rate this five stars. Great job on the Passport! I'll be back if I ever need service again."

"First time ever at a Paradise Full Service car wash. I got the Admiral wash. I must say I was impressed. The process is quite involved, with many workers and much automation. Most impressive was the staff. There were many vehicles going through and everybody was working like a well oiled machine. The end result is my SUV looking fantastic."

"Heard about Bravo from a friend that said Bravo was the best tinting company around and he was right! I took my truck there to get window tinting and they did an absolutely amazing job. Tom and Zach were very helpful and great to talk with while my truck was getting tinted. They were very quick and the window tint looks great. "The quality of their products is very good and I've been happy with everything they've done on multiple vehiclesz Scheduling was easy and they give you a curtesy car. Only took a couple of days to have my car back. The only reason I give them a 4 out of 5 is because I had a really frustrating customer service experience between them and my car dealership. I purchased their full paint protection wrap through the dealer which was rather expensive. When I got the car to P&L we discovered that a good portion on the front had already been wrapped by the previous owner. At first I was told they could remove it and apply their product which I was fine with. But then later I was informed that they couldn't. Since they were only able to partially wrap the car I was/should have been entitled to some level of "discount". Getting this figured out was an absolute headache. Both my dealer and P&L said they were working together to figure it out but when I asked for updates, they each pointed the figures at each other which was super frustrating. After 4 months of this, many phone calls and trips to both locations, I finally received my "discount" which was about $300 off a $2,000 package.... Given they weren't able to do around 40% of what was included in the package, this didn't feel fair or right to me but at that point I was too frustrated to do any more about it. Again the product is really good and much of the service issue I had was due to an odd situation and on the dealer as much as it was P&L which is why I still give them 4 stars. My advice to P&L. you and my dealer touted your relationship and how you were going to take care of me when I purchased the car. Your owner was even visiting dealership at the time and helped sell me on the "titanium wrap package". But then with this odd situation, instead of working together to find a reasonable solution, you made it my problem to figure out and we're both pointing fingers at each other. It felt like i was dealing with two children and it really ruined my experience of working with both of you. I don't know if I will use either one of you with my next vehicle purchase as a result."
