"Update: the owner immediately reached out after my initial review. He was apologetic and appreciative of my business. A team of workers came this week to touch up anything that was overlooked the first time. My overall experience has certainly improved: good customer service, thorough follow-up, and consistent communication. Not worth it for the price. They were pleasant and came to me, so it was convenient. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they were there when they said they would be there. However, the work was mediocre. I probably could've done a better job myself, but I don't have the time. I would've happily paid $100 for the job that was done but it was $239."

"Got my car's interior detailed after a rough Buffalo winter: seats, carpets, every crevice spotless. The place has awesome energy. Ryan, the owner (thought he was just a super friendly employee at first), clearly loves what he does. I got there just before opening and witnessed his whole crew show up early, happy, and proud to be there. (I mean why not, cars are cool!) That vibe is rare and made the whole experience stand out. Sometimes it's not said enough but it's a nice thing to witness people not be pissed to be at work. Keep up the nice work guys, I'm sure I'll be back."

"Washed my vehicle after dark, and the place was very well lit. The updated meter boxes look good, and the wash selections are easy to see. The wash bay has a nice, big countdown clock on the wall so you can see how much time is left as you're washing your vehicle. The high pressure soap worked well, and the foam brush was decent, and I was very pleased with the wax and rinse. I am definitely going to return to this location for another wash, and next time, I'll vacuum my vehicle. On a side note, I saw the owner at their Transit location, and he and his wife have been working hard on maintenance and repairs. The improvements are absolutely noticeable and I'm impressed by how clean their self serve washes are kept!"

"I hired Stay Kleen for a "Superior Interior" detail on my 2015 Malibu. 5-Stars is all I can say. I scheduled my appointment online for 12/15/21 at 11am. I received confirmation and a reminder the day prior. Brandon was right on time. When he arrived, he got right to work and did not stop until he was finished. He is very thorough, he was in my driveway for 3 hours steaming, wiping, vacuuming, etc. The price he charged was exactly as we discussed prior too. I added carpet shampooing and I am so glad I did! We will definitely be contact Stay Kleen again in the future."

"Very happy with the interior/exterior detail of my SUV @ Mr. Magic. It was thoroughly cleaned inside & out, all done same day as I dropped off vehicle @ 11am, picked up @ 4pm. Interior was cleaned spotless, all trim from dash to rear tailgate was wiped down, all carpets cleaned, leather seats looks fresh. Exterior was given same attention to detail, even the factory aluminum wheels were cleaned from behind, barrel of rim was clear of all those years of road grime & brake dust. Hand wash & dry of paint gives shine you won't get from a drive-thru car wash. All door jambs were cleaned, floor mats washed & hung to dry. Juan spent a considerable amount of time detailing my Harley-Davidson and it turned out better than showroom quality. It looks better now than when it was on the showroom floor. I have a 190 year old and a toddler, needless to say my car needed some TLC After a google search, I decided to call JP's and inquire about scheduling. I spoke to JP directly and set up an appointment for the next week. A+++ for communication from start to finish. And my jeep has literally NEVER LOOKED BETTER! The attention to detail is mind blowing. Every nook and cranny was cleaned and my car looks like I just drove it off the lot. Upon pick up, the drivers side is protected from the steering wheel wrapping to the seat and the floor mat. I can't say enough! Cherry on top, I didn't even know JP was running a special and was prepared to pay full price for just an interior detail.
