"I don't typically write reviews but for VDS Auto Detailing I had to.Let me first start off with Paul he was very professional polite and knew exactly what he was doing.I purchased a 2009 Ford focus that was in neglected condition. It hasn't been washed in 11 years yes 11 years thats not exaggeration.Paul performed a paint correction,dent removal and interior detail he went above and beyond.He explained to me all the steps that will be done to the vehicle he worked out a custom package deal to fit my budget.I didn't even recognize my car after visiting VDS auto detailing truly amazing work. I'm going to leave below before and after pictures you be the judge!"

"Update: the owner immediately reached out after my initial review. He was apologetic and appreciative of my business. A team of workers came this week to touch up anything that was overlooked the first time. My overall experience has certainly improved: good customer service, thorough follow-up, and consistent communication. Not worth it for the price. They were pleasant and came to me, so it was convenient. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they were there when they said they would be there. However, the work was mediocre. I probably could've done a better job myself, but I don't have the time. I would've happily paid $100 for the job that was done but it was $239."

"Got my car's interior detailed after a rough Buffalo winter: seats, carpets, every crevice spotless. The place has awesome energy. Ryan, the owner (thought he was just a super friendly employee at first), clearly loves what he does. I got there just before opening and witnessed his whole crew show up early, happy, and proud to be there. (I mean why not, cars are cool!) That vibe is rare and made the whole experience stand out. Sometimes it's not said enough but it's a nice thing to witness people not be pissed to be at work. Keep up the nice work guys, I'm sure I'll be back."

"Very pleasant to deal with Tom. I had my raptor undercoated to protect it from the salt and it was a very easy process. Tom made sure I was happy with the results and took good care of my truck and washed all of the over spray off when he was finished. I will be coming back to get my truck undercoated again next year. "My jeep wrangler was in terrible shape after our first winter in buffalo. I have a 190 year old and a toddler, needless to say my car needed some TLC After a google search, I decided to call JP's and inquire about scheduling. I spoke to JP directly and set up an appointment for the next week. A+++ for communication from start to finish. And my jeep has literally NEVER LOOKED BETTER! The attention to detail is mind blowing. Every nook and cranny was cleaned and my car looks like I just drove it off the lot. Upon pick up, the drivers side is protected from the steering wheel wrapping to the seat and the floor mat. I can't say enough! Cherry on top, I didn't even know JP was running a special and was prepared to pay full price for just an interior detail. When he was done, he sent photos and to my surprise, the exterior was beaming too. And all for an incredible price! I will be returning and bringing all of my jeep friends! Thanks, JP."

"I just used Noah's mobile detailing for 5 of my vehicles. They were all detailed to perfection, and 4 of them were ceramic coated and look brand new. "Washed my vehicle after dark, and the place was very well lit. The updated meter boxes look good, and the wash selections are easy to see. The wash bay has a nice, big countdown clock on the wall so you can see how much time is left as you're washing your vehicle. The high pressure soap worked well, and the foam brush was decent, and I was very pleased with the wax and rinse. I am definitely going to return to this location for another wash, and next time, I'll vacuum my vehicle. On a side note, I saw the owner at their Transit location, and he and his wife have been working hard on maintenance and repairs. The improvements are absolutely noticeable and I'm impressed by how clean their self serve washes are kept!"

Does a fantastic job at taking care of the interior of my car as well. Got 2 of my cars done here for an interior cleaning, as well as doing an extraction clean of my 2 front seats.
