Instead of Ken making me come down to make a quick buck he was able to expertly walk me through fixing the equipment on my own, of course after making sure I was comfortable to do so. He even gave me his personal cell to reach out if I needed anything else. Ken saved me money and a trip."

I knocked off a star because they are quite disorganized and also didn't get my car done in the time they originally said; they said they'd call me at 4:30 for pick up after dropping it off before 10 that morning. When I didn't hear from them, I called and they hadn't even started it, so I had to leave it overnight and pick it up later in the morning, which was a hassle having to reschedule getting help to pick it up.
