"Ken was excellent!!!! I needed to get equipment fixed with a 3rd party warranty that would only approve certain locations. Griffs was the closest one still 150 miles away. Instead of Ken making me come down to make a quick buck he was able to expertly walk me through fixing the equipment on my own, of course after making sure I was comfortable to do so. He even gave me his personal cell to reach out if I needed anything else. Ken saved me money and a trip."

"My husband won a $400 certificate to this place, so he let me use it on my van. They got it sparkling clean! I'm amazed at how good my van looks; I almost didn't recognize it! I knocked off a star because they are quite disorganized and also didn't get my car done in the time they originally said; they said they'd call me at 4:30 for pick up after dropping it off before 10 that morning. When I didn't hear from them, I called and they hadn't even started it, so I had to leave it overnight and pick it up later in the morning, which was a hassle having to reschedule getting help to pick it up. But overall, I'm amazed and happy with how good my car looks."
