"I brought my husband's Charger to surprise him with a nice detail. Back story, the car's carpet was stained and very dirty with years of salt and dirt. I expected it to be clean but not all gone, since it was really bad. They did an AWESOME job, they got EVERYTHING out and the car was pristine at the end. "I would definitely recommend Trey and his team, the crushed the detail on a used car I purchased that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Seat stains were removed on tough to clean tan interior and nooks and crannies got hit solid. "While passing a construction zone in Montana on a cross-country road trip, our 2017 BMW was covered in a fine spray of asphalt emulsion tar emitted from a construction vehicle laying sealant on a new road. Knowing we had a 24 hour planned stop in Minneapolis to see friends before carrying on with our trip, I quickly contacted Derek at DTailed and he was more than happy to have a look at our vehicle late in the day when we first got into town. After scoping the work, he graciously accommodated our one day turnaround request to remove the tar and polish the exterior. Bottom line, we couldn't be happier with his work. He restored the car to a better condition than when we bought it a year ago. In addition, he was willing to stay extra late to make sure the work was done, exceeding our standards and ensuring we were able to carry on with our roadtrip with no delays. "Wonderful experience! My car looks brand new. Prior to detailing; my car was really dirty, and had heavy stains impeded in the carpet. I feel like I pulled off in a brand new car. They took the time and detailed each crevice of my car . There was also a nice size scrape on my car and he was able to repair and paint it. I will highly recommend getting your car detailed with Ryde Auto Spa, and you will not be disappointed.
