I expected it to be clean but not all gone, since it was really bad. They did an AWESOME job, they got EVERYTHING out and the car was pristine at the end. "I would definitely recommend Trey and his team, the crushed the detail on a used car I purchased that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Seat stains were removed on tough to clean tan interior and nooks and crannies got hit solid. "While passing a construction zone in Montana on a cross-country road trip, our 2017 BMW was covered in a fine spray of asphalt emulsion tar emitted from a construction vehicle laying sealant on a new road. Knowing we had a 24 hour planned stop in Minneapolis to see friends before carrying on with our trip, I quickly contacted Derek at DTailed and he was more than happy to have a look at our vehicle late in the day when we first got into town.
